Provide Me with Your Computer's Specifications
I get so many messages from users telling me that they have a problem with their computer, but they never tell me what operating system, what hardware, or what application they are using.
This information is vital in determining what your issue can be and it saves us from having to email each other twice regarding your computer's specifications.
So if you have a computer question, please provide as much information as possible about your computer and the problem you are experiencing.
Use a Meaningful Subject for Your Messages
I receive hundreds of messages a day and weeding through them, especially spam is one of my strongest qualities. Please make sure to write a clear subject that doesn't look spammy.
