Michelle has written hundreds of instructions showing how to perform common tasks using Microsoft Windows. She has also authored user guides, tutorials, and reference manuals for employers and clients.

Michelle has always been fascinated by computers and technology, and she has experience setting up small networks, diagnosing computer problems, and using a wide variety of software applications.

Michelle holds a B.A. in Technical Writing from Oklahoma State University. She also studied computer science and computer engineering.
