How To Alphabetically Sort Files in a Folder

Sorting files in Windows folders can make it easier to find the file you are looking for. Learn how to sort files alphabetically by name.

Here's How:

  1. From the Start menu, click on My Computer.
  2. Navigate to the folder that holds the files you want to sort.
  3. In the top menu bar, click on View.
  4. In the View menu, point to Arrange Icons by and click on Name.
