No. Currently, Netflix works with the Windows Media Center (WMC) included in Windows Vista Home Premium and Windows Vista Ultimate. Also, a key element to success is a Broadband Internet connection that will provide a fast enough way for movies to download.
If you do not have the right version of Windows/WMC don't despair. All versions of Windows with a minimum configuration can use this service through an Internet Browser (Windows XP with Service Pack 2, or Vista, Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher; or Firefox 2 or higher, a 1.2 GHz processor and 512 MB RAM or higher).
