Add media to the Windows Media Player 11 library

Basic Options

The Add to Library dialog box presents you with two options. You can choose whether you want the Player to monitor your personal media folders (Music, Pictures, and Videos) or whether you want the Player to monitor your media folders and other media folders you have access to. If you choose the second option, WMP will automatically add the media stored in public media folders on your computer. If other people using your computer share their media folders with you, the Player will also automatically add media stored in their folders.
